Return & Exchange Policy

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

 

・Products that have been delivered for more than 3 days

 

・Products that the customer has used even once

 

・Products that have been defaced or damaged by the customer

 

When the product arrives, please check the contents immediately.

We take all possible measures to inspect and ship our products, but in the unlikely event that there is a defect such as a crack or chip, we will promptly send a replacement product at our shipping cost.

Please attach the image of the defective part to the following e-mail and contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.

Regarding defective products, please dispose of them yourself.

*For out-of-stock items, we will either replace the item with an equivalent item or issue a refund.

 

Please understand that there may be some errors in the color and size notation of the product due to the characteristics of the pottery.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for the above reasons.

If the item is clearly damaged during delivery, please contact the shipping company. In that case, we may ask you to return the defective product by cash on delivery.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience.

 

<About cancellation>

Please contact us as soon as possible as we will start shipping immediately after receiving your order.

Cancellation after shipment cannot be accepted.

However, we cannot accept cancellations for overseas orders.
