In order to confirm your order at the online shop, our staff will manually check the actual inventory after the order e-mail (automatic reply e-mail), and we will send you an "order confirmation e-mail" again. Your order will be confirmed when you receive this email. Please contact us at contact.zy.jp@gmail.com if you do not receive an order e-mail (automatic reply e-mail) within a week after placing your order.
Shipping within Japan is free.
We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible, but there will be no dedicated mail-order staff, and the shipping will be done while carrying out normal operations. Also, please understand that we may not be able to respond to urgent shipments due to regular holidays and holidays.
Also, if you would like to send it separately, please specify the address of the separate delivery address.
You can choose the payment method from "PayPal" "Payoneer" or "bank transfer".
We will ship after confirming payment from the customer.
We will only accept orders that are unopened within one week of delivery.
